Cash for Kids is the new name for Make a Child Smile and the fantastic news is that even more money will be raised to help local sick and deprived children in Tees Valley, North Yorkshire and County Durham.

 Welcome to Cash for Kids!

 

Cash for Kids is the official charity of TFM Radio & Magic 1170 supporting local children of Tees Valley, North Yorkshire & County Durham who are either sick or under-privileged. The charity is now in its 13th year with the most successful campaign being the annual toy appeal 'Cash For Kids this Christmas' and the most recent 'Build a Dream'. Last year we raised around £380,000 for local children. This year (2008/ 09) we are aiming for £470,000.

 

Sir Tom Hunter has pledged £4 million over the next 10 years to our radio stations charities. His generosity and support is very much appreciated and will make a major impact in helping more needy children in our local area.
